Watch a storm as it rumbles in; the ferries, ships, or pilot boats darting about or transversing the Rip.
It is a spacious, well designed Penthouse. Ozone Tower is beautifully furnished with quality throughout - 4 generous bedrooms - 3 with quality King beds and the 4th with a quality Queen bed. They are all made up with high grade linen and bathroom towels ready for your stay. One bedroom has an ensuite and there is a generous 2nd bathroom. An open plan kitchen offers Smeg appliances with an electric oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and is well equipped for those who love to entertain. The dining and living area have access to the deck where you can relax on the modern outdoor furniture while enjoying a BBQ with views across the parklands to the ocean. The 2nd living area has another large flat screen TV, DVD with library, all to enjoy whilst curling up on the sumptuous leather couch. The European laundry has Miele front loading washing machine and a dryer. Climate control is by hydronic central heating and a large split system air-conditioner in the lounge area. This beautiful apartment has lift entry directly to your Penthouse - no need to haul baggage up stairs. But more importantly, enabling easier access for anyone with mobility challenges.
Serenity, safety and security extends to your vehicles with one designated garage space. (Please note that if you have further vehicles, they must be parked in the street). The shared grounds of the development provide a peaceful ground level amenity with a lovely grassed area under a significant gum tree.

The restaurants, galleries, coffee shops and The Blues Train are nearby, with the monthly market, golf course and the harbour precinct just down the road. If your friends/family are coming by ferry you can see when the ferry comes in and take a stroll down to meet them.
The Ozone Tower Penthouse is one of the best holiday properties- if not THE best - in Queenscliff. It will be a property you can afford to enjoy and have memorable getaways throughout the year.
We are helping to keep our guests safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, allowing a minimum of 24 hours between bookings. We have also implemented contactless key collection and key drop off to further promote safe distancing. In addition, the property owners will provide extra cleaning and disinfecting products should you wish to use them during your stay.
-The Intercom system is not operational.
-The Lift Door is NOT to be propped open as this will cause lift to malfunction.
-Car parking - one car space in garage ONLY - clearly marked for apartment 8. Please do not park in other spaces. PLEASE NOTE - DUE TO BUILDING WORKS AT THE NEIGHBOURING PROPERTY THE CARPORT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE FROM 15/7/19 THE WORKS NEXT DOOR CAN BE NOISY - THEY ARE SCHEDULED TO BE BUILDING UNTIL MARCH 2020.
-The Apartment is the penthouse apartment please do not access level 1 as this is a private permanent resident. Proceed in the lift directly to the Penthouse on the top floor.
Linen is provided at this property but please bring own beach towels.
